Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by ASQUARED DEVOPS SOLUTIONS SRL ("A2DevOps", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

A2DevOps provides DevOps consulting and implementation services, including but not limited to:

• Cloud infrastructure design and deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• CI/CD pipeline implementation and optimization
• Kubernetes orchestration and container management
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible)
• Monitoring, observability, and logging solutions
• Security and compliance consulting

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Grant appropriate access to systems and infrastructure as required
• Respond to requests for information or approval in a timely manner
• Maintain confidentiality of any credentials or access provided
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements or statements of work. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Custom code and configurations developed specifically for you become your property upon full payment
• Pre-existing tools, templates, and methodologies remain our intellectual property
• We retain the right to use general knowledge and skills gained during engagements
• Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses

6. Confidentiality

We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of your proprietary information, trade secrets, and sensitive data. We will not disclose such information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. This obligation survives the termination of our business relationship.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for third-party service outages or failures
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of services rendered. We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning services, subject to payment for such assistance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
